Coming from someone who has been judged and criticized very harshly over the  years (by people who know me very well and by people who don't know me at all) about making tough choices and  tough changes and for standing up for what is right for me and my kids, remember this: welcome the judements and welcome the criticism because enduring them makes you stronger, more feisty and more capable of brushing yourself off and moving on.
